Mountain View

The area is famed for its walking with many tracks being suitable for general rambling whilst others are well signposted routes to places of interest.  Maps and guides (including the Cicerone English language guide 'Mountain Walking in Southern Catalunya' by Philip and Vivien Freakley) are supplied in the apartment and a selection of walking poles and sticks are available for your use.  For those interested in long distance walking the GR7 route passes within a few kilometres.

There are miles of golden beaches located on the Ebro Delta (another natural park at the southern end of the Costa Dorada) approximately 40 minutes drive away, and numerous coves can be discovered north of the Delta.

'A little bit of heaven fell out of the sky.  Tony and Christine were very lucky to catch it and make it their home.  John and Jenny and family were very lucky to find it and book it for their holiday.  We have all had a fantastic family holiday thanks to Tony and Christine - you are both truly wonderful, caring and very friendly people.  Saturday night's barbecue was exceptional.  Both food and service was outstanding.  We all felt very spoilt.  Tony and Christine's reputation as hosts will be spread around.   J & J July 08
